PINE HILL FARM

Pine Hill Farm is owned and operated by Nancy Gorton.  Having grown up on a farm, Nancy wanted to provide the opportunity, not only for her daughters, but other young folks and adults alike, to experience what only those who have had the chance to have a horse in their lives expereince; a wonderful friend and partner.  The lessons about life one can learn from a horse are infinite. 

Our Mission:  To cast out fear, by finding truth through the gift of the horse.

Our Business

Pine Hill was founded in 1994. The goal regarding this facility has always been to provide the best care and atmosphere humanly possible for the horses that live here and their owners that entrust them to our care. We have built a quality program and have the best barn staff available. The facility is state-of-the-art and its upkeep is key to our success.

Who We Are

Nancy Gorton is a CHA-AHSE certified riding instructor, currently competing through Grand Prix.  Nancy earned her USDF Bronze in 2007 and her USDF Silver in 2009 and is half way to her Gold. Nancy enjoys starting the young rider and is an advocate for early seat training. Nancy has been past DC for the North Acres Pony Club and Regional Supervisor for the Midwest Region Pony Club.  Nancy is a member of USEF and USDF and is the USDF Region 4 FEI Junior/Young Rider Coordinator, now her 13th year in this volunteer position. 

Victor Silva is point-man at Pine Hill Farm.  He takes the utmost care of all the horses under his watch and notices everything.  Pine Hill Farm is blessed to have Victor. He has a happy soul!

Melanie Blackmore and Josh Carter take care of our equine atheles on the weekends. Both are a huge plus to Pine Hill Farm.
